Is anyone else still getting spots after finishing roaccutane? I was on it for 4 months and finished last week, but i still get spots, obviously not nearly as much as before, but I was under the impression i wouldnt have any by the time i had finished the roaccutane. Maybe I was being a bit optimistic!
Also, has anyone found any good products or had any good treatments for scarring left by acne after finishing their course of roaccutane? I never thought i had that many scars before but since my skin has started clearing up they are much more noticable, so i would love your suggestions!

Into last four weeks of Roacc – skin seems to getting worse again at least very noticable…. on 50mg per day (weigh about 80kg)
Did this happen to anyone else – should I be thinking this ain’t gonna work?

i have to agree with you both Ray and Kells.
i am due to see my derm on thursday, and i am hoping this is my last appointment, i have been on roac for 20 weeks this week and in the last 4 weeks i have had a few small flare ups, not major lumps like i used to have but a few small ones on my chin. and i still have a few small ones on my back which i have had for months and they just wont heal.
i thought i would be perfectly clear by the end but i am not, i dont want to carry on with the course even if they offer it as i am feeling so ill now on the tabs i think they may actually have started to cause some damage long term. my thoughts are ‘if it hasnt cleared completely in 20 weeks then it aint gonna’!!! and even if it is just the small break outs every now and then i think i can cope with it, it will be a result if i dont have the hard ones back anymore.
am hoping as it stays in your bloodstream/body for a while aft you finish then it will carrying on helping keep the acne at bay.
