Been taking roac for about 3 & a half months now. Still have breakouts which is annoying. Why isn’t my skin clear yet?

. . . I finished 6 months on “R” on 17 January, & I will say I did have a few annoying pimples to the end . . . even now I still have a couple left which I’m not happy about but as I mentioned on another post my skin has improved 90% and is continuing to improve . . . don’t panic they will go but it just takes time

Hope you are ok. I’m at a similar point to you in my course & every time I think I’m clear I get a new spot (or two!). Of course it was date night for me and my husband on Sunday night so I went to bed Sat night clear – woke up Sun morn with 2 new ones on my neck! Sod’s law!
Don’t know about you but are you finding that where you get your spots on roac aren’t where you used to get them? My worse breakouts have been on my neck & jawline where as pre-roac they were mainly on my chin! My chin has been clear since December!
With regards to when our skin will be clear I’ve read from people of here that some still get spots even at the end but Roac continues working even after you have finished so you will be spot free eventually. Also my derm has said they won’t stop me while I’m still getting the large spots & I have had the odd one recently.
